Friend of the blog Travis Cuykendall (Flickr) snapped this cool pic of a sweet clean E30 BMW.
Best part? It was taken with an iPhone! Pretty impressive.
Found this short video of a lap at Le Mans in 2011 by driver Johnny Herbert in the legendary Mazda 787B.
Loved the pure engine sounds and various camera perspectives on the car and it got me thinking, I ought to do a little looking into the history of the 787B. First, enjoy the video:

Now, for a little background on the car.
We decided to leave the in-depth coverage of the 2014 Stingray to the heavy hitters, but couldn’t resist posting this. Despite Prologue being released in December 2007 (in Japan) and the full game late in 2010, Gran Turismo 5 still manages to secure major content deals almost five years after its initial release. If that isn’t longevity, I don’t know what is. Check out the digital reveal exclusively for Gran Turismo of the newest iteration of Chevy’s legendary Corvette:

P.S. The whole office loves the car save the quad-exhaust. Everyone despises it.
If you haven’t heard of Enthusiast Apparel yet, you ought to drop by and check them out. They are always coming out with fresh designs or updating previous releases to keep things looking shiny and new. Plus, with free shipping in the United States you can’t go wrong!
Anyone who supports the ring is good in my book.

Speedhunters has some really amazing photography.
This thing is ostentatious, has far too much going on with it visually, feels slap-dash and quickly put together, and doesn’t have any overall harmony to it…
But!
There is simply a certain je ne sas quoi to the thing. If you’ve got a million dollars desperate for a new home and yearn for the days when you rolled hot wheels along the kitchen floor but want something “full-size” this is probably one of the nuttier items you might add to your collection.
This particular car was photographed from several angles by several different photographers while short-parked outside the Four Seasons George V in Paris.
Tex Mex Cars snapped this angle:

Loving the one-piece taillight assembly. The little spoiler is a nice touch as well.

Just a quick one today:
The things that could have been. The exposed merge-collector is boss.
